ORDERING

 

How do I order? (Applies to both in-stock and pre-order items)

 

You can either place your order via the order form or e-mail us at luvcosset@gmail.com. Item(s) ordered will be reserved for 24 hours from the time the the invoice is sent to you. Please include the following in your order:

 

1) Name of item

2) Quantity

3) Color (if applicable)

4) Size (if applicable)

5) Promotion Code (if applicable)

 

How do I pay for my purchases?

 

Currently we only accept payments made via Internet Banking and ATM transfer. Item(s) ordered will be reserved for 24 hours after

 

What if I can't make my payment within the time frame?

 

If we do not receive your payment within 24 hours after sending out your invoice, your item(s) will be put up for sale without prior notification. Please send us an e-mail us before making payment if it is past the 24 hour time frame. We will then advise you accordingly.

 

I have a credit note, how do I use it to pay for my purchase?

 

Please mention in the order form or order e-mail that you wish to use your credit note for the purchase.

 

SHOPPING

 

WIll an item be restocked?

 

Depending on popularity and availability of an item, it may be restocked. We will update restocks via facebook, instagram and newletter.

 

What is a pre-order?

 

A pre-order is an order you can make for an item before it is in stock and available for delivery.

 

All pre-order items are imported and this will take from 14 to 28 days days upon ordering to reaching you. By placing your order for a pre-order item you agree to this timeline. Please only order if you are comfortable with this!

 

In the event we are unable to fulfil your pre-order request, we will proceed to refund you in full.

 

DELIVERY

 

What are the modes of delivery offered?

 

Currently we ship our products locally via registered mail from Singapore Post. Please allow 2-4 working days for the parcel to reach you. Shipping charges starts from S$3.25.

 

Free courier service will be provided for purchases above S$200!

 

What should I do if I have not received my parcel?

 

Please e-mail us at luvcosset@gmail.com if you do not receive your parcel after 5 working days of delivery.

 

EXCHANGE

 

I received a defective/incorrect item, what should I do?

 

Please inform us via e-mail within 7 working days from the date of delivery if you received a defective or incorrect item. We will advise you accordingly.

 

PACKAGING

 

All item(s) comes in  original packaging, warranty card and authenticity card, if applicable.
