Delivery

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days.  Working days include Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

 

Defective/Faulty Item Received

All requests for exchanges have to be informed and returned within 7 working days of date of delivery.

 

We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item(s). Please inform the us by taking a snapshot of the defective area and sending it to us at luvcosset@gmail.com.

 

An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty.  There is strictly no cash refund or colour changes. In the event the exact same piece is out of stock, we will issue you a credit note.

 

Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn and unaltered) and in its original packaging. Exchanges for item(s) which do not meet the mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

 

We will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

 

Incorrect Item received

Pre-order

 

In the event our supplier is unable to fulfil your pre-order request, we will proceed to refund you in full.

 

Payment

Request for cancellation of order will be declined if payment has been made.

 

We only accept Internet Banking and ATM transfer. Items will be reserved for 24 hours upon sending out the invoice.

 

For Internet Banking transfer, please reply to the order confirmation e-mail and provide us with the bank name that you transferred from, date and time of transfer and your ibanking nickname.

 

For ATM transfer, please reply to the order confirmation e-mail and attached a snapshot of your ATM transfer slip.

 

Products

 

Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.

 

A difference of 0.5” to 0.8” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.

 

Each leather piece is unique and hence special that way.

 

Product Care

 

Store your products in a cool and dry. For cleaning, use a soft dry cloth and wipe it gently.
